Excellent location, well optioned buffet breakfast, close proximity to Haram and food court. Everything was great with hotel during stay. Staff was extremely helpful and house keeping was excellent. Prompt action to maintenance requests. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Location . Location and location . Easy access to haram and outside world from the mall and outside road. This is a relatively new property and the cleanliness is immaculate. Will certainly recommend to families.Old age people and couples to book stay here.

Arif and Ahmed provided excellent hospitality and room service! (Room 2203). They cleaned our room so well and our room is excellent. They made our stay for Umrah at Swisshotel highly enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel again. Thank you to Arif and Ahmed from the house staff.

Me and my family would like to share how happy we was to come back to this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing helpful and polite. They made our stay comfortable. Swiss Hotel Mekkah exceeds my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Holy Haram. The staff are professionals and friendly. I have been offered a room upgrade. The room is well furnished, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast includes a wide variety of food. The hotel has a well equipped business center. The concierge assist in transferes. In conclusion, I recommend Swissotel to Mekkah visitors to enjoy a great spiritual experience.
